The best time to visit is between November and February. Visit the Mysore Palace, wildlife areas of Bandipur and Nagarhole, ruins of Hampi, and coffee and spices plantations in Coorg. This southern district of Karnataka has rivers, waterfalls, trekking trails and forest reserves. Karnataka’s capital, Bangalore, has many sights and sounds for the tourists.
