Kail Poldu - It is also known as the festival of arms. It is held between June and September. During this season, the weapons and implements are polished and worshipped before they are reused.
Cauvery Shankaramana - It takes its roots in the worship of mother Cauveri. Held in October, people throng near the river’s mouth to worship it.
Puthari - It is the harvest festival of the Kodavas. Falling sometime in November or December, the festival goes with folks songs and dances. People visit their respective family temples at this time.
