The Forest Department operates safaris in the Nagarhole Wildlife Sanctuary. On such a ride you can spot elephants, spotted deer, bison, peacocks, wild boar, wild dogs, monkeys and other animals. If you’re lucky, you may also spot a tiger. Nagarhole Wildlife Sanctuary is one of the best tiger reserves in the India.
Safari and elephant rides are organised in the Dubare forests, too. You will be accompanied by guides who will take you around the reserve as well as to waterholes.
